Privacy and customer data
Ridhishri collects only the information needed to run a women's ecommerce experience: account access, delivery, support, and order management.
Information we collect
Customer accounts may store name, email, phone, saved addresses, order history, and account status.
Checkout stores delivery address, selected products, coupon details, payment references, custom demand notes, and order status history.
How data is used
Customer information is used for login, order confirmation, shipping, support, exchanges, refunds, and admin customer service.
Admin users can view customer and order details only for store operations.
Security and retention
Passwords are not stored as plain text. Password reset OTPs are sent through email and expire after a limited time.
Customers can request support for account data, and admins can deactivate or delete customer records when needed.
