Refunds

For eligible prepaid cancellations, Ridhishri attempts to initiate the refund through Razorpay when a payment id is available.

Refund status can be tracked as initiated, processed, or failed. Razorpay refund id, amount, and status are retained where available.

Ridhishri currently accepts online payments through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not available.

Eligible cancellation refunds are sent back through the original Razorpay payment route.

Refund initiation can happen soon after an eligible cancellation, but final credit timing depends on the payment provider and bank.

If a refund fails, support will review the payment audit trail and contact the customer for the next step.
