These terms describe how customers use Ridhishri for browsing, account access, checkout, orders, cancellations, exchanges, and support.
Product and order information
Ridhishri is a womens clothing store. Product prices, availability, images, sizes, fabric, care, and dispatch details can change as the catalog is updated.
An order is considered placed when checkout creates an order number. Payment confirmation, packing, shipping, and delivery are tracked separately.
Customer responsibilities
Customers should provide accurate contact and delivery information, keep account credentials private, and review order details before payment.
Custom demand notes are treated as requests and may require support confirmation before fulfillment.
Cancellations, exchanges, and refunds
Eligible orders can be cancelled before fulfillment. Delivered orders can request an exchange from the customer account where the flow is available.
Returns are not available. Refunds follow the refund policy and apply to eligible prepaid cancellations.
