Shipping and delivery
Ridhishri currently ships customer orders manually across India, with tracking details added by the admin team once a parcel is dispatched.
Order processing
Orders are reviewed after payment or order placement. Admin can confirm, pack, ship, and mark delivery from the order desk.
Dispatch timing can vary by product availability, customization notes, and order volume. Product pages show dispatch and stock guidance where available.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is shown clearly at checkout before payment. Orders above Rs. 2,999 are eligible for free standard shipping when the current checkout rule applies.
Express shipping, when available, is calculated separately in the checkout summary.
Tracking
After shipment, customer order history can show courier name, AWB or tracking number, tracking URL, shipped date, and estimated delivery date.
If tracking is delayed, please allow the courier system time to update after dispatch.
